Abundance is an emerging policy framework that emphasizes addressing affordability through increasing supply, overcoming regulatory burdens, and promoting innovation. UCLA researchers are participating in the Abundance Policy Research Consortium, a group working to develop an evidence-based, fundamentals-first policy agenda for California focusing on expanding access to 12 human essentials. In this Mini Symposium, we will present the frameworks for identifying scarcity problems and policy levers to improve California's housing and transportation affordability and supply, which are deeply intertwined.

Spreading Love: Art & Craft Project

Description & Audience: Create an original mixed media art piece using recycled materials and paing.  Artist Vanesa Andrade will provide all supplies and will guide participants through a step by step demonstration.  This workshop is intended for ages 8 and up.  This workshop is free, but registration is required.
